Does it add skills or numbers I don't have?
Never. Tailoring only rewords your own lines into the JD's language. If a number would help, the tool asks you for it - it never makes one up, and never adds a skill or tool you didn't list.
What if I don't know my numbers?
That's normal, especially on team projects. The questions are easy - often just a before and after - and a close, honest estimate is fine. You can tap a suggestion and edit it to the truth.
Do I have to have a job description?
