• Hopvest is a digital service. Nothing is shipped and there is no physical product.
• Mock interviews are not on sale right now. When they go on sale you can buy one on this site.
• Payment for a mock interview is taken on this site through our payment gateway. There is no other way to pay for it.
• Your mock interview is added to your account once payment is confirmed.
• Allow up to one business day after payment for it to appear. You get an email when it is on your account.
• If it takes longer than that, tell us and it gets fixed.
