Cancellation and refunds

• There is nothing to cancel. The pack is a one-time purchase with no auto-renewal, so no recurring charge can occur.
• A pack is refundable in full within 7 days of payment, provided no more than 1 of the 5 sessions has been used.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
• Sessions already used are not refundable. The compute has been spent.
• If our AI provider is unavailable and we cannot run a session, that session is not deducted from your balance, so there is nothing to refund.
• To request a refund, email help@hopvest.com from the address on your account. You get a reply.
